My GCSE pupils were so excited to use the GIS app they helped me vibe code together using AI, to examine the distribution of earthquakes across the Earth.

It staggers me that my pupils & I were able to generate this app together & then use it to empower geographical enquiry!

I was there supporting the school with a review of geography, & a real highlight was talking to students through pupil voictruck by the confidence with which they talked about their geography learning and shared their perspectives. Thank you to all staff and students who made me feel so welcome and gave up their time to talk with me!

I can’t not mention the schools newest recruit - Willow - who entertained me in more ways than one with her antics and is already basking in her unsurprising popularity!

Great to hang out with @RobGeog today at the launch of the east of England KS3 Alliance.

We heard from joint chairs Becks Boomer-Clark and Lesley Powell, east chairs @Claire_Heald and Gareth Stevens, and Agnes Fitzpatrick and @JohnPeterJerrim from the @TEP_Community.

If we don’t get behaviour right in schools then everything else we seek to do it essentially building on sand.
