I have a Google spreadsheet tracking the Bitcoin Treasury Companies. I've been tinkering on it for a few years, now. Here's the link if you want to take a look.

ASST was at a 43% discount back in Feb. Today’s -17% may get deeper before it gets better. I thought -5% last week was good! 🤣

This is how I stacked ₿ today:
Sold MARA at 11% premium,
Bought ASST at 43% discount.
(prices changed a bit between my trade and the subsequent screenshot)

Some notable findings from the @Strive 8-K this week:
ZERO new common shares issued. (Some options and B shares became A shares, but tracking in the fully diluted share count already accounted for these, so net zero new shares.)
They bought 124 ₿ and drove ₿PS up from 33,066 spite what @ColeMacro said in response to @GrainofSaltSF last week, ₿PS remains the KPI to track how these companies can beat Bitcoin, and Strive is schooling Strategy on how to do this.

ASST and MSTR positions are currently nearly equal in both $ and ₿ measurements. 👀
My rules include 33% minimum holding in unleveraged ₿ position.
(I am at 33% in USD chart, but the DDC longshot play skews the ₿ measuring position dramatically on that chart)
I will trim any of the green (small cap) or MSTR start trading at a premium. (ASST was trading 1.5x in Sept and I trimmed then as well.)

$6.3B hack of Binance is the final sacrifice for this cycle.

Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified.
The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far.
Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete.
As an immediate precaution, Binance has:
- temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed;
- revoked the affected address authorisation;
- engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds.
Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice.
