1st The Conversation: a short on-stage kick-off, followed by the room splitting into small tables to talk it through with peers. 🧵 1/4

- The hallway track really is where the value lies & people want more of it.
- A table where nobody has anything to say is a bigger fear than a noisy one.
- Recording conversations would make people hold back. We heard that loud & clear, & we’re changing our approach. 3/4
