केवल विवाद के आधार पर ठेकेदारों को बाहर रखकर टेंडर्स में प्रतिस्पर्धा (#Competition) घटाना बिल्कुल उचित नहीं है। रेलवे को मनमानी शर्तें थोपने के बजाय स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा को बढ़ावा देना चाहिए।
