5year ago think my boy came stone last in an open, but I’m sure this little had the best experience meeting a race dog… the small acts make the biggest impacts

Rocky is a beautiful 4 year old boy who has all the looks and he really knows it! His deep white chest and toe markings are very distinctive, and he's blessed with a lush shiny coat. He's a bigger boy at 35kg, but is a real softy at heart, he's great ldren, albeit older ones due to his size. He wouldn't be cat friendly, and does have plenty of energy but he soon calms down and is an absolute cuddle monster
If you’ve been considering homing an ex racing greyhound and are based in Northern England or Southern Scotland you can see details on our dogs and branch 👇🏻

An 18-year-old kid gets stabbed in the street. He’s running for his life, begging for help, and instead of saving him, the police handcuff him while he bleeds out because the attacker claimed “racism.”
They let him choke on his own blood. No urgency. No humanity. Just cold, Months later? Still no names. Still no suspensions. Still no accountability.
Meanwhile, the same UK police have arrested over 12,000 people for social media posts.
They move at lightning speed to jail citizens for tweets and online comments, yet they can’t even name or discipline the officers who allegedly let a stabbing victim die in handcuffs on the street.
This is the definition of two-tier policing: aggressive against ordinary people speaking online, but protective when it comes to their own failures and protecting the narrative.
The British people deserve real justice, not another cover-up.
Justice for Henry Nowak.

BOYS BOYS BOYS!!
We’ve noticed a trend at Cumbria Greyhound Trust the last few months, nobody seems to want our boys! We’ve had lots of enquiries for the girls and they generally move on pretty quickly, but our boys are getting really overlooked!
It’s such a shame as we have es among our dogs looking for homes, whether it’s #GreatGossey with his previous home experience, #BrosnaJet with his energy for days (great for the fell walkers), or #FootfieldLogan who has looks to die for..!
There are a lot of misconceptions we hear about boys being harder work, too big for a home, more difficult to walk etc Each dog has their own characteristics and each and every boy we have available has the perfect home somewhere so why not get in touch to enquire about some of them

“Apprehending violent and dangerous criminals is a full contact and messy task which may appear shocking to observers with little experience of policing in the real world.”
Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley writes to Zack Polanski.
