That is World Cup footy!
Tonga have topped the Pool B + C blend after defeating Samoa in a 20-18 nail biter!
Concerns for Chanel Harris-Tavita who appeared to pull his hamstring attempting a conversion, but Ronald Volkman stepped in and didn't miss a trick!
Tonga will now play New Zealand on Saturday night, while Samoa will play Australia, each team fighting for their spot in the World Cup Final.

HOW GOOD: What John Strange told me about Ethan … “I just love watching him play footy – I’m a bit of a fan when it comes to what he can do.”💚💛💚

LEBANON HAVE WON A WORLD CUP THRILLER!!!
That game just had to be seen to be believed.
With just five minutes to go, both sides went down a man after rubbish on the ground saw Julian Bousquet sin binned, and Alex Twal was sin binned for reacting.
Lebanon thought they’d won it after they defused a late France kick, but Arthur Mourgue kicked a 40m field goal to take the game to golden point.
Then César Rougé thought he’d won it with a field goal, but there was an obstruction that overruled that win as well.
A penalty on half time in extra time caused confusion all over the place as Liam Moore lost the mark and tried making Alex Conti take the penalty goal from his own half, but France had a chip and chase charged down on their own goal line (only needing to take a tackle) for Lebanon to take score a try and take the win 24-20!

Worth remembering that the 2022 World Cup had 40-minute halves as well - this is just your typical mis-match isn't it
A massive first half blitz from the Jillaroos sees them leading Wales 60-0 at half time!
A Jaime Chapman hat-trick has helped Australia to the greatest half-time lead in the history of the Women's World Cup, beating their previous record set at the last World Cup when they led France 58-0 at half time.
Jesse Southwell has scored a try and kicked 10/10, finishing her first half in World Cups on 24 points.

They’re calling it the least runs of anyone to ever score a hundred
HUNDRED FOR CAPTAIN DHURV - 99*(155). 🙇
Dhruv Jurel played an outstanding innings in a tough situation for India, he's still unbeaten on 99*(155) at the end of Day one against New Zealand A in New Zealand - What a Knock by Captain Jurel. 👏

The bad news is we are absolutely losing this test match.
The good news is I’ll be in bed by midnight though so there’s always that

Welcome to Cape Town! The cloth is over the mountain and it looks like the best bowling conditions this match has had since Mitchell Starc’s burst with the new ball on night one.
Advantage South Africa. #SAvAUS

For those who missed it live, here is the incident that saw New Zealand and Fiji reduced to 12 players for the final half hour of their World Cup clash today.
DRAMA ON THE GC!
Ronaldo Mulitalo (shoulder charge) and Brandon Wakeham (punching) have been sent off.
Grant Atkins with the referee explanation of the season to Wakeham “you’ve obviously punched someone”
