I launched the first image and video generation models at Google, and kept asking why all AI designs look the same.
AI has brought us the WORST era of design.
It made content creation effortless, but it also made 90% of it look painfully generic.
My co-founder and I spent 2 th to change that.
Meet Vyb, the first AI design model that understands your taste like a designer would.
RT + comment your website URL and weβll make your first design.

BREAKINGπ¨ A Michigan nurse lost her job and now faces up to a year in federal prison because a patient with a bloodied face walked out of the hospital before ICE could take him.
Chloe Freeman, a registered nurse at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital, is ng or assisting escape," which carries up to a year in prison. She has pleaded not guilty. She goes back to federal court in Detroit on October 20.
On May 28, Border Patrol agents went after a Mexican man in Ann Arbor. The agents say he ran, tripped over a curb and hit his face on the pavement. He was bleeding from the head when they brought him to the hospital, where staff saw in his paperwork that he was in ICE custody.
After his CT scan, the FBI says Freeman took out his IV and walked him to the ambulance bay. Security footage shows him going out the doors with his face bandaged and bloody. Nobody has found him since.
When the hospital questioned her in June, Freeman said she disagreed with ICE "separating people from their families." She said that with injuries like his, he "could have died." She also said no agents were in the room during the scan, so she didn't believe he was in custody at that point. Even the prosecutors' own announcement says agents stayed with him only until he was moved to imaging.
Trinity Health fired her. She has since moved away.
Shahad Atiya, an immigration attorney and law professor, said she has never seen this charge used in immigration cases, as Ruta Ulcinaite first reported in WXYZ Detroit (ABC 7). She expects it to become "a new set of charges" aimed at anyone who helps immigrants.
Prosecutors charged a misdemeanor, not a felony. That means no grand jury ever had to approve the case. Grand juries in Los Angeles and Chicago have refused to indict anti-ICE protesters on felony charges.
A petition calling for the charge to be dropped warns it tells healthcare workers that "showing compassion for a patient could cost them their freedom and their career." Nurses and hospital workers are being asked to show up at the Detroit courthouse on October 20 in their scrubs and lab coats.
If you appreciate my posts, it would mean the world if you followed my page. Thank you for being here.

New Scam to me. βΌοΈ
Awakened at 5 AM by a "Sergeant" informing me my son had been arrested, and I could pay $482 to have him released on an ankle monitor, avoid booking, or my son could spend the next week in jail before seeing a judge. They passed me off to 2 other "divisions". Provided badge numbers, spelled their names. Conditions of release, etc.
Then directed me to a third-party payee, a supposed contractor. Something was off.
I informed them I was calling the jail directly to verify.
Yes my son had been arrested π, but the people who had called me are running a Scam. They had my son's full name, my name, and details of his arrest. Within 4 hours of his arrest I got the call.

Good morning, Twitter friends,
This is Mary Buser, Frankβs co-author and dear friend. I am writing with the heartbreaking news that Frank De Palma has passed away. He died of natural causes, quickly and painlessly.
As most of you know, Frank spent 22 years and 36 days in Nevadaβs Ely State prison. His isolation was extreme - no TV, no tablet, no books, magazines, no pen and paper β no outside agencies fighting his cause. He was consigned to stare at a wall for 22 years.
It is unbelievable that he survived, and even more unbelievable that we would subject a human being to such treatment. During the last six years, he fell into a catatonic state and became nothing more than a hand reaching for a food tray.
Miraculously, Frank came out of this state, no longer fully whole, but with his spirit fully intact. Released from prison at 62, Frank struggled, enduring homelessness, hopelessness, and failing health.
Yet somehow he hung on, with only his precious writings in his pockets. Bit by bit, he met people who took an interest in him. Frank was a very likable person. As his story got around, he was asked to testify before the Nevada Senate Judiciary Committee as they were considering reforms to solitary confinement in their prisons. His testimony was devastating.
It is there that I first met Frank, and as we got acquainted, we knew that his powerful writings were the basis for a book and together, we wrote, βNever to Surrender!β The first chapter is entirely in Frankβs words.
The last few years were good. Frank had stable housing, new friends, and a dedication to what became his lifeβs purpose: βabolishing solitary confinement, and having it put on the books as a crime.β
Frank was unabashed about telling anyone and everyone about solitary. There was not one Uber driver who did not learn about it, about his book, and about his story.
In one of our recent conversations, Frank expressed frustration that ending solitary wasnβt happening fast enough. He would lay awake at night thinking about the estimated 122,000 people sitting in isolation cells across the country, despite the fact that humane options are available.
As his health was failing and his mobility decreasing, Frank told me that if he had to, he would sit in a wheelchair on street corners passing out pamphlets on solitary & telling people his story. And he would have.
Thankfully, he did not wind up in a wheelchair, but his broken body finally gave out. The good part of it was that he died as a free man, in the warmth of his home, while his precious blues music was playing in the background.
Though Frank is gone, his story and his mission will continue. We will abolish solitary confinement. And now I will unabashedly ask all of you to learn more about Frank and solitary confinement. Please read his book, learn & together we can all end this torture.
Frank De Palma is the most remarkable human being Iβve ever known, and I pray that he is resting easy now, his work done. Frank and I were in the habit of checking in every evening, just to say a quick good night, and as we hung up, he never failed to say to me, β Sleep with the angels, Maryβ
And now, dear Frank, I say to you, βSleep with the angels.β

Work in progress, but this is so fucking cool I just have to share..
I'm moving the entire CSS pipeline off the main thread in @ladybirdbrowser. This allows us to animate any CSS properties we want and they just keep going smoothly despite heavy JS execution!
Video demo is ex and grid layouts while JS churns on the main thread. Same demo in Chrome for comparison.
Welcome to the future, bros π

Today the IL Supreme Court is holding oral arguments in the case that has frozen the system Chicago officials used for decades to hold police officers accused of egregious misconduct accountable.

Millions of Americans face serious legal problems every year without a lawyerβoften because the legal system has made help too expensive and too hard to find.
As a result, they face the legal system on their own or give up entirely.
Counsel Unbound is changing that by breaking the lawyer cartel.
