PureHealth and National Ambulance, part of the Federal Authority for Ambulance and Civil Defence signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen emergency medical services and healthcare integration across the UAE.

The partnership will enhance emergency medical , and coordination across the healthcare system. It also establishes a framework for collaboration in medical expertise exchange, technological integration, joint training, and research, while strengthening emergency and disaster preparedness to further develop workforce capabilities, operational efficiency, and overall readiness.

PureHealth has announced the acquisition of six facilities from Aspen Clinics, expanding the group’s community-based infrastructure in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The clinics will be integrated into SEHA CLINICS, a PureHealth subsidiary, upon completion.
