I had an accident on Friday and now have cuts and bruises on my temple along with very sore neck and back (and head). Taking it as a personal reminder that the human body is a very fragile marvel.

On September 27, our team prepared and distributed 542 rice and kofta (ground meat) meals in central Gaza. We delivered 521 meals to displaced families at Beit Lahia Camp in Al-Zawaida, and 21 meals to Civil Defense workers in Nuseirat. The total cost including 11% commission fees to safely get money into Gaza was $1,457.

Israeli forces shot and killed Noura Sheikh El-Eid, 54, in the Bir 19 area of Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, southern Gaza, on Thursday. She was returning to her tent after saying goodbye to her daughter e preparing to travel, seeking medical treatment.
Drop Site contributor Mohamed Ahmed filmed grieving relatives at Nasser Hospital. “Just yesterday, we went to visit my sister. She was saying goodbye to her daughter. Our entire family gathered there,” her sister, Suhail Sheikh El-Eid, told Drop Site. “Turns out, we were saying goodbye to my sister, not her daughter.”
“Everyone else is living their lives with their children. Except us. Except the Gaza Strip. Why? We are deprived of water. Our children are killed. Our homes are destroyed. What have we done?” she added.
Noura’s nephew, Mohammed Sheikh El-Eid, said residents of Bir 19 face daily Israeli gunfire. “We spend hours lying on the ground because of this gunfire,” he said. “People, including children and women, are being martyred inside their tents.”
Israeli attacks killed at least five other Palestinians across Gaza on Thursday, including a child shot in the Bureij refugee camp, a Palestinian killed in an airstrike west of Al-Zawayda, and three Palestinians killed in an Israeli airstrike in the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.

Our case was interrupted over 100 times. The government was not interrupted once.

You then see 3 of the judges one after the other making the same incorrect point about the black team evading arrest (in different incidents) despite the lawyer correcting them each time!

The Iranian people had not forgotten 1953. We remembered -backed coup against Mohammad Mosaddegh, the decades of dictatorship that followed, and the plundering of our national wealth by America and Britain.
We remembered. And this time, we stood our ground.
The seizure of the American Embassy by Iranian students on 13 Aban was more than an occupation. It became a defining moment in Iran's confrontation with American power and the beginning of a long series of setbacks for Washington.
Last time, the West rewrote our story. Hollywood gave us "Argo". Their media turned us into villains while burying the history behind November 4.
But the world is waking up.
Their propaganda monopoly is cracking.
Their censorship is failing.

Following the widespread video of him holding an empty pot at a soup kitchen, the elderly man has been identified as 77-year-old engineer and educator Abdullah Mohammad Saber Ayoub, who spent his life teaching in multiple countries after graduating in mechanical engineering in dullah lives under harsh conditions alongside his wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law, both of whom lost their husbands in the war, leaving him to care for the grieving family and their children amidst severe hunger and displacement.
