@PostDisclosuret's true but a very rare breed. A breed whose cynicism is ultra-selective. Due to... factors I don't know u well enough to determine. But it's a positive thing, cuz 90% of cynics can't compartmentalize their cynicism. Ur general over-optimism would lead many to think u don't have a cynical bone in ur body, but u compartmentalizing it is what allows u to be ur general glass-half-full self, sometimes to an annoying degree lol but u wouldn't be u if u didn't. It's a skill to be cynical with a scalpel rather than a chainsaw.
