Light as many candles as you can on your life’s journey so that when your sun sets and your flame dims, the way back home is lit with the life’s you touched.

Sheilla’s fight was a costly one. Her family needs your support. No contribution is too small to clear her hospital bill

It’s a blessing to be with someone who is not competing with you. That kind of alignment is top tier and leaves no room for pettiness, only hard laughs, a deep bag and butterflies.

"When elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers" ~ An African proverb.
Did she tell you i kept taking care of my son’s needs on a weekly payment basis till recently when i was denied access and even when i kept sending money she sent it back to me & kept telling everyone i ain’t taking care of him.

I have my evidence of all of those transactions.

“He who does not clean his mouth before breakfast always complains that the food is sour.” ~ An African Proverb
As a man and a dad, I will always say this: I still don’t believe there is any sane man who wakes up one day and becomes a deadbeat without reason. Men love their kids. These little beings always end up being our stress relievers. It’s like you’re sure they’re the only people you can always talk to, and their smiles melt our hearts.

But some people are so evil that they will make these men go through the worst, to the extent of hating themselves and their kids in the end, because it’s too hard to love those kids when you’re not on good terms with the mother. Yet, in some way, everyone always expects a man to stay calm and normal, send school fees, provide the basics, and show up for his kids. But do you know the price they pay for this?

Before you judge anyone, just know that you’re doing it because you’re not the one going through what they’re going through.

"No matter how far a man can urinate, the last drop will always land on his feet.” - An African Proverb.
I hear that the man never wanted the baby, it was just a free-sex relationship But instead you went overboard and got pregnant 🤰, Man told you he wasn’t ready to be a father but you insisted…….. its all on you.

Some times you can have the right message yet you are the wrong person to deliver it. It’s important to consider two things before difficult conversations:

1. Do they need to hear it from you? What’s your relational equity with them?

2. Solicit feedback before giving it.
Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed.

My Dad was one of the sharpest legal minds Uganda has known. He argued with poise and surgical precision, his emotions always regulated.
He taught me the weight of words and the silence inbetween them.

The urgency to recover can make you careless with what you recovering.
Men of these days don’t keep quiet like our fathers🙂‍↔️

This is true but it also requires both parties to be more committed to understanding each other than being right. That requires the art of consideration, alignment and EQ.

Love protects peace, while ego protects pride. It’s not uncommon for pride to feel like peace to men.
I believe relationships become harder after childbirth because both parties are experiencing new versions of themselves. You’re both adjusting to new identities, responsibilities, and realities. You need to extend more grace to each other to survive that phase. ❤️

A few weeks back you mocked Emeka’s failed marriage. Perhaps a cry for help and realization that you were on the same path. Regardless of your emotional state then, please be kinder.

Getting your life back, will test you more than losing it ever did. May reconciliation prevail🙏🏻
Apart from the man I risked my life and everything to make a father naming me malaaya and all sorts of names, the things I have seen, heard and gone through ever since the day I gave birth are really horrible and I wouldn't wish any woman to ever face even half of it. One day I will have the strength to narrate my side of the story. For now the judges can judge and namers can continue to name me and my son whatever they like. I'm only having strength to keep sane, fight postpartum depression and double all the love and care to my amazing son. My friends and family know me as a very strong person but they do not know that most of my nights are full of tears, pain, emptiness and regrets but I love my sweet boy coz I could get this C section scar over and over again just be his mother.
Bye fam❤️

Bruh 🤣🤣🤣 Revenue and Taxation law had whole ass formulas 😭 it’s unavoidable because it carries 5 course credit points and you don’t want to finish your final year short of course credits.

This was @FreddyMyLov3 last story.
The undertone of foreboding, a silent Hail Mary whispered in the eye of a storm she had walked wit for years.

Where despair crept, she held on to hope.
When I reached out about this poem, she expressed enthusiasm about life post surgery 💔🕊️

Some prayers are good byes we won’t know until it’s too late.

What am I supposed to do with your belated birthday present now? Give it your young sis? Does she even wear the same shoe size? 💔🕊️

Rest in power my dear friend. It was a blessing knowing you in this life time🙏🏻

You can finally rest Sheilla. Your light didn’t fizzle out with despair, your soul burned bright to the very end.

May God recieve you in his loving embrace and keep your family and those adorable kids that weren’t yours but you loved them to death 💔🕊️🫂
People don't understand that when you have a chronic illness, things can change any time. So when I make plans with you & I cancel, I'm not avoiding you. Yes, I was fine an hour ago but guess what ? Now I'm fighting for my life. We don't know when it's coming, it just happens.

When Sheilla was not lecturing Forensic and A.I Law, she was writing. She had a book in the works and had in 2024, published a collection of poems in her booked titled “Rhythm of the Hand”

The poems speak of love, life, mental health and death.

This reasoning is best suited for a proprietor of a high school where a fancy administrative block, gate and viral prom highlight videos are crux of market positioning.

Higher learning institutions build reputation on research, innovation and trail blazing alums not grads alone.
If you claim your universities are so good, why do you complain to the government about not having jobs?.- Dr Lawrence Muganga.

I need the body to become the outfit 😌

Started with 2 km walks once week, upgraded to 5km walks and jog once a week and lastly went all in with 10km walk/jog/run 3 times a week.

To maximize gains, no less than 4km of running plus elevation for the walks/jogs.
How did you get into running ??
