Something funny but terrifying happened to me yesterday morning.

After morning prayers, I decided to resume my morning exercise after ignoring it for a very long time. I did 30 push ups, 20 sit ups, and five minutes of jogging on the spot. My brother, immediately after that exercise, I found myself lying flat in the bathroom, struggling to breathe, with the shower still running!

The funny part? On a normal day, I could do double that exercise without stress. I guess my body had forgotten who I used to be! Lol

Surprisingly, I repeated the same exercise this morning, and nothing happened. My body nearly sent me to heaven yesterday, only to behave itself today.
