Subject: Implementation of Administrative and Protocol Directives Following the General Secretary's Official Statement

Fellow Patriots,
Following the official statement issued by the Office of the General Secretary, and in line with the leadership's commitment to building a disciplined, law-abiding and credible organisation, the Office of Protocol hereby communicates the following directives for immediate compliance by all PLU supporters, coordinators and leaders at every level.

1. Dress Code at PLU Offices and Events
With immediate effect, no supporter, coordinator or leader shall access PLU offices, meetings, functions or any official activity while dressed in military or paramilitary-style attire, combat gear, tactical clothing or any apparel likely to create the impression of belonging to the armed or security forces, unless expressly authorised in writing by the Office of the General Secretary. Members are encouraged to dress in decent civilian attire or officially approved PLU branding where applicable.

2. Official Communication
All communication regarding PLU programmes, directives, appointments, meetings and organisational activities shall be obtained only through: Official PLU communication platforms, The Office of the General Secretary, or Members of the PLU Central Committee authorised to communicate on behalf of the organisation. Supporters are advised to disregard and refrain from circulating information from unofficial sources.

3. Zero Tolerance for Personal Attacks
All members are directed to immediately cease:
Physical confrontations, Verbal abuse, Threats or intimidation, Character assassination, and Personal attacks through social media or any other platform. Differences of opinion should be handled through the established internal structures. Any grievances should be submitted to the Secretariat for peaceful resolution.

4. Registration of PLU Social Media Platforms
Any individual or team that has established WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, Facebook groups, X (Twitter) communities, TikTok pages or any other digital platforms for mobilising PLU supporters is required to submit the following details to the PLU Administration within the shortest period possible: Name of the platform, Platform link or username, Administrator(s), Contact information, and District or area of operation.
This exercise is intended to improve coordination, accountability and effective communication across the organisation.

5. Unauthorised PLU Social Media Handles
Any person operating social media pages, accounts or handles using the official name, logo, identity or branding of PLU without formal authorisation from the organisation is directed to cease doing so with immediate effect.
Official PLU branding and identity remain the property of the organisation and may only be used with approval from the relevant office.

6. Organisation of PLU Activities
No individual, group or structure shall organise, announce or convene meetings, fundraising activities, mobilisation events, trainings or public engagements in the name of PLU without prior clearance from the Office of the General Secretary and, where applicable, the Chairman or the Central Committee.

7. Respect for the Rule of Law
Every supporter is reminded that PLU is founded on the principles of patriotism, discipline, integrity and respect for the rule of law. Any conduct involving extortion, criminal activity, violence or behaviour that tarnishes the image of the organisation shall attract appropriate disciplinary action.

8. Protection of the PLU Image
Supporters are expected to conduct themselves responsibly both online and offline. Members should avoid publishing misleading information, internal disputes, unauthorised statements or content that may damage the reputation of PLU or its leadership.

beyond.

On our currency, I'm not worried at all. The problem is delaying to produce and refine our own petroleum. Mzee is always let down by very well paid technocrats. They must be working for our enemies. Our PLU government will not let him down from 2031 onwards.

Today, I had the honour of serving as the Chief Guest at the official launch of the drive to collect 20 million endorsement signatures for our Generational Leader, Gen @mkainerugaba, alongside the online PC registration exercise on Buvuma Island.

I extend my sincere appreciation Parliament Hon Naguja Judith and Hon Minister Migadde Robert, the RDC and the entire security team, PO: 050 @MollyMukidiS, PO: 033 Hon Jimmy Lwanga, PO: 144 @KatushabeMadina, PO: 093 @ObedTwinamatsi2, all our cordinators and everyone who worked tirelessly to make this launch a success.

Now is the time for action! I call upon all PLU leaders, coordinators, members and patriots across Buvuma Island to intensify mobilisation, reach every community and actively participate in both the signature collection and online registration exercises. Let us translate our commitment into action through discipline, unity and organised teamwork.

The responsibility rests with each one of us. Every signature, every registration and every effort counts.
