Nobody is coming to do your cage work.
Nobody is coming to improve your first step.
Nobody is coming to build your confidence for you.
Your coaches can guide you. Your parents can support you. Your teammates can push you.
But at some point, YOU have to take ownership of the player you're becoming.

You are what you put in. Being coachable means taking the information, identifying what needs to change, && putting in the work to change it. Knowing what you need to fix means nothing if you aren’t actively working on it.
