Congratulations to NineteenAI (SN19) @namoray_dev and Request Network (SN8) @taoshiio for earning our 25t grant!
Both teams met the criteria by enabling the generation of over $1,000 in independent validator revenue through their provided APIs, m external bandwidth demand (no TAO subsidies), by the date of our grant initiative announcement. The 25t grant is split evenly, with 12.5t awarded to each:

@inference_labs is at the forefront of developing Subnet 2 (SN2), a groundbreaking zero-knowledge proof of inference subnet for Bittensor. Also known as Omron, SN2 is poised to revolutionize the AI landscape by creating the world's largest peer-to-peer Verified Intelligence network through its cutting-edge Proof-of-Inference system.
Building on this momentum, we're thrilled to announce our own 25𝞃 grant initiative. This grant is aimed at the first Bittensor development team that can deliver an easy-to-integrate monetization API for validators. Our vision is to empower validators to tap into new revenue streams beyond $TAO emissions, leveraging the growing demand for subnetwork bandwidth.

The Owl Ventures validator has now implemented sTAO, which allows our stakers to directly choose which subnets to incentivise with $TAO emissions.
To ensure a good representation of our stakers in the first votes, we will wait 48 hours on-chain, subject to getting a minimum of 10k TAO voted and at least 10 of our stakers having voted. We will then rebalance based on votes on a regular basis, aiming for a minimum frequency of one week.
In implementing sTAO, we hope to advance the decentralisation of the network in the run-up to the much-anticipated launch of dTAO.
