Today we’re announcing our $100M raise, led by
@peakxvpartners and @137ventures, with
@AvraCap, @a16z, @sequoia, @Redpoint, @ZeroPrimeVC, and @AmplifyPartners
all joining the round.
And that’s not all: we’re also launching Hex 4.0, a new foundation built for agents. Everything work with your data and people can verify every number. This round lets us keep building on that foundation without slowing down growth or hiring.
More on Hex 4.0 later today.
We’re deeply grateful to the 2,500+ teams building on Hex. There’s still so much to build, and it’s never been a better time to work with data.
Hear more from our CEO, @barrald → lnkd.in/e7A2UNPe

Greptile has raised a $50M Series B led by Menlo Ventures. The round values the company at $750M.
Greptile reviews and tests more than 1% of all PRs opened on GitHub every day. Thousands of engineering teams including Nvidia, Coinbase, Decagon, and Vanta use Greptile as their validation layer.
Fewer than 50 people, we are a small, talent-dense team of engineers and researchers in a quiet corner of San Francisco. If you’re interested in joining us, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Metasystem built and optimized an LLM router. Automatically.
It beat other approaches at every price point.
It took 1 engineer 2.5 weeks from data collection to full results.
Only 12 hours of that was the Metasystem optimizing the router.

🤔 My latest @ForbesTechCncl article is out today. Five questions to ask before you deploy an AI agent in finance: forbes.com/councils/forbe…
At @numos_ai, we built a finance agent harness on these principles: connected context, precision, auditable tapes, and guardrails built in.

In rare disease research, scientists at @GamowLabs used Argon to analyse de-identified genomic data samples from newborns with rare developmental lung disorders. It successfully pinpointed a chromosomal rearrangement that routine software missed for years, and explained why it went undetected. Read more here: gamowlabs.com/bringing-exper…

🔸 In a recent poll of our top CISOs and CTOs, 83% said identity & access security was their most important priority
🔸 Evaluation is dramatically outpacing implementation. 77% reported evaluating 5 or more security solutions in the past year (with 31% at more than 10!), but implfewer across the board, with 23% reporting they haven’t implemented any of the solutions they looked at
🔸 AI Security is where startups have the most opportunity. 46% respondents said they're using startup or smaller-company solutions for LLM guardrails, data poisoning prevention, shadow AI discovery, AI governance, etc.
“AI agents are expanding the attack surface faster than anyone can govern it, so the gap between what we detect and what we can act on keeps widening."
Applications close tomorrow for our Security Product Showcase on November 10th in Austin - security founders, come present your solution to our hand-picked panel of security experts: airtable.com/appW0AESSmHMtr…

New attack surfaces are emerging as fast as the models get more capable, and the call for defense is coming from inside the house (look no further than the open letter for a global surge in cyber defense from OpenAI with now 575+ signatories). Defenders need tools that can keep sure on the market for the companies building them.
On November 10 in Austin, we're inviting 8 early-stage security startups to present their products to senior CISOs and security leaders for a full day of live, off the record feedback - including:
🔸 @Aarti_Borkar (CVP, Customer Success and Incident Response (DART), @Microsoft Security)
🔸 Ann Funai (former Global CIO, VP Business Transformation, @IBM)
🔸 @cyber_swami (Global Co-Chair Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, @Orrick)
🔸 Emily Heath (COO, @glowio; board member at Gen and LogicGate)
🔸 Margaret Cunningham (VP Security & AI Strategy, Head of Americas Field CISO Operations, @Darktrace)
🔸 Monica Landen, CISSP CSSLP (CISO, @diligentHQ)
Each founding team gets 30 minutes to present their product directly to the people who decide what gets bought at the enterprise level.
OpCo’s Security Product Showcase is a full day event in partnership with Orrick and Hubscale and by application and invite-only.
Applications are now open and close September 29. If you're building the tools that will defend against what's coming next, we want to hear from you: airtable.com/appW0AESSmHMtr…

Today we're launching OM2.
Your AI re-reads your entire company from scratch every time you ask it something.
It’s why more than 50% of your token bill isn't in the answer, but in the search for it.
OM2 gives your AI a permanent memory of your company. ðŸ§

Public leaderboards can't tell you which model to trust in your domain. And most static benchmarks are rapidly beaten.
Introducing Augur: it maps where a model's knowledge ends and its reasoning breaks, then generates the data to fix it.
