This small shrine (it is a "massha" 末社 or "sessha" 摂社) is the "lucky shrine" 吉宮社, where three kami (gods) are enshrined together: Akiba, Tsushima and Sarutahiko. All are popular kami in central Japan. The small shrine stands inside Miwa Shrine in Nagoya.
