I don't regret my previous posts re @TicketmasterUK but a Manager got involved and sorted the whole thing out ..which is more than I expected or hoped for ..all I asked for was some advice .. thank you to Ant and thank you to everyone who highlighted my problem .. huge thank you

S absolutely loved being on Twitter/X .. she loved every single interaction with everyone .. she had booked 22 gigs this year for us but sadly wasn't able to make it to 10 of them .. I only asked @TicketmasterUK for advise not a refund ..

Thank you to everyone who amplified my criticism of @TicketmasterUK .. I don't expect a positive outcome I just wanted to highlight the behaviour of this horrible company and its staff. Thank you again x
