Three years ago, I spent most of my life behind a screen—barely moving and eating terribly.
Getting in shape changed my life.
So I built Team Haraldsen: personal coaching, a plan made for you, weekly accountability, and a team behind you.
You don’t have to do it alone.

There are 2 kinds of AI users 🤖
1️⃣ People who use it to learn faster
2️⃣ People who use it so they never have to learn
Only one of them gets better every year 📈
My rule 💡 AI is great at facts, bad at judgment. Check its work, or ask a second AI to find the mistakes ✅

Ai ai ai.. sad to see orgs pulling out of titles. But it is what happens when the econsystem just doesnt work… if we want esports to be a thing, publishers and TOs need to establish better ways for clubs to have predictable revenue. Every player in the eco system would make more money, if everyone had profits.

The largest bank in Norway @dnb_hjelp is firing 400 employees, aprox 3,75% of their workforce.
This to me tells me that they are incapable of utilizing AI properly. My belief is that AI doesnt replace people, but it empowers power, and you as a leader need to understand how to adapt to this rapidly ever changing world.
There are lots of tasks and processes that can be done by AI, but that to me means that your employees, who are trained and are experienced and knows how your company operates can now do other tasks and become more efficient/productive for your company. Get better at leading and managing people, give them new tasks and responsibilities, and grow your company faster than ever before.
This is a big mess up DNB. This is a bad signal from you, and you will quickly lose to other "banks" like Revolut and others...

SK hynix just did 104.6 trillion won in revenue in one quarter. About $78B, with an 80% operating margin. 🤯
The bigger line: they expect memory demand to beat supply all the way to 2030, and more than half of 2027 and 2028 output is already locked in by big customers.
If you're waiting for RAM or SSD prices to drop before upgrading, I wouldn't.

OpenAI just dropped GPT-6.1 Terra. Built for computer use: it sees your screen and acts across apps, at half the old Terra API price. This is why personal agents matter. The models that can actually work a computer just got cheaper and faster.

@OpenAI Price is the other half. The API is $1 / $5 per million tokens, 50% below GPT-5.6 Terra and GPT-6.1 Sol.
When computer use gets this cheap, automation stops being a demo and becomes something you can run every day.

@OpenAI I run several personal agents for different jobs. The ones that can see and click are the ones that save real time.
If you haven't tried computer use yet, Terra is the cheap place to start. It's live in ChatGPT Work, Codex and the API.

Sad news about @ENCE . Always loved working with those guys back when I led @heroicgg. Such a good bunch.
But esports is a horrible business, and the way the ecosystem is built will keep forcing this on more and more orgs.
Ence and @EvilGeniuses are just the beginning.

Energy capacity = economic capacity, in one chart

"Energy Capacity = Economic Capacity"
Former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger on why America's power grid is the ceiling on growth:
"We went through 10 to 15 years where essentially I was taking coal offline at the rate I was adding renewables, and essentially the nation was flatlined rgy capacity."
"So essentially our economic capacity as a nation, flat for fifteen years."
"Even with that, we've gone to maybe increasing our national energy capacity 4% per year. Going from essentially zero to one."
"Nuclear as base load is a fabulous thing that we want to go build more of. Unfortunately all of our renewables have deep dependencies in China."
"Energy capacity somewhat dampens how euphoric we can get on AI. Why build a new data center and buy the million GPUs if I can't power them?"
