A delicious gelato 🌹🍦 to celebrate another year of life + the daily effort of giving my best as I train to become a #renal #pathologist at @MGBpathology by day & striving to be the best mom I can be by night. Both challenging but filled with joy, purpose, & fulfillment 🔬♥️✨

ABPath certified its first class of 60 Diplomates in 1936. Certification exams looked very different in the decades that followed—including the 1972 exam pictured here, administered in a hotel ballroom.

From the booth at #ASCO26, I spoke with Dr. Marilyn Bui of @MoffittNews, about her work in pathology, biomarker testing and AI.
Her expertise in digital pathology and augmented intelligence is helping support more precise cancer diagnosis and treatment planning for patients.

The @FDA has recently approved trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd, Enhertu) for treating early-stage, #HER2-positive #breastcancer based on two clinical trials, one of which was led by MSK breast medical oncologist Dr. Shanu Modi.
“HER2-positive breast cancer is an aggressive diagnosed at an early stage,” Dr. Modi says. “This approval will change the way that many patients with this type of breast cancer are treated and offer the chance for more patients to be cured.”
A drug had already transformed care for metastatic HER2-positive and HER2-low breast cancer.

Apocrine lesions are tough. What would be your top line in this apocrine lesion?
A) Atypical apocrine adenosis
B) Apocrine DCIS- I think too much architecture complexity
C) My Diagnosis
