International calls have to terminate somewhere. For decades, that last step has been controlled by a chain of intermediaries, each taking a cut before the call reaches a handset. Jingle is how Minutes Network changes where that call ends, and who benefits when it does.
What ightweight plug-in that is designed to sit inside the regular applications people already use every day. Post-application integration and user update, users become an available endpoint to Minutes Network. Calls routed through Jingle arrive on the phone's incoming-call screen. There's no new app to learn and no new behaviour to adopt. The app that brings those users on board earns a share of every completed minute for each call connected.
It's built to be light on the device, has no access to messages, contacts, or location, and lets users switch Jingle off independently at any time.
Why this matters for Minutes Network
By integrating with applications people already use every day, Minutes Network adds new reachable endpoints at app scale. It changes how users are reached. In the traditional voice market, a call passes through a chain of middlemen, each taking a cut in profitability before it reaches a handset. A Jingle endpoint is Minutes Network's own user. Whenever the user is online, Minutes Network can connect calls directly to it with crystal-clear quality, at the cost of our own bandwidth.
The Minutes Network team is in various stages of integration with multiple global and local user-based applications. As integrations go live, their users will be onboarded into the Jingle ecosystem, each one becoming a new reachable endpoint on the network.
The economics
When a call terminates directly on a Jingle endpoint, it removes the layers that traditionally sit between the originating call and the receiving handset. That lowers the cost of every call made to those endpoints, therefore reinvigorating carrier revenues for Minutes Network and its interconnected carriers on every minute terminated.
The network effect
This compounds. More users means a larger telecommunications network. A larger network means more traffic can be connected directly via Jingle.
Extended Integration Reach
Jingle is on schedule to release an extended integration toolkit in Q4 2026, giving MVNOs, MNOs, enterprises, corporations, and service providers across every layer of the global telecoms stack the ability to integrate Jingle into their last mile for scaled cost reductions and further network optimisations.
Open to the market
Jingle routes are industry-compatible and will be listed on the PacketExchange marketplace at packetexchange.io.
Stay tuned for further information on announcements and communication events relating to the growth of Jingle's user base and technological adoption.

Back from Capacity Europe with plenty to build on.
A great show for the Minutes Network team. We met people from across the telecom industry, showed PacketExchange in action, and came home with a strong response.
We went into London with momentum. Our October 13 snapshot showed orm compared with the previous seven days:
• New sign-ups: +81%
• New route listings: +167%
• Customers buying routes: +280%
• Customers placing calls: +350%
The conversations in London reinforced why we’re building this.
The industry needs a more open, transparent, and efficient way to connect, trade, and grow - and that’s what PacketExchange is built to deliver.

Minutes Network Buy Bot Update
With the current epoch ending tonight, we want to take some time to address the Buy Bot directly with the community.
The Minutes Network Buy Bot is currently offline while we undertake a fundamental rebuild of its core modules. This was necessary, the existing bot was no longer practical. Rebuilding the underlying infrastructure lets us address those limitations properly and improve the Buy Bot's reliability, execution, and visibility going forward.
The upgraded system is being engineered with:
• State-of-the-art MEV protection
• KPI-driven execution and performance monitoring
• Intelligent DEX and CEX execution, comparing liquidity, fees, slippage, and market depth before selecting where to execute
• Intelligent transaction splitting for larger purchases to manage price impact and minimise unnecessary market disruption
• Private, self-managed Ethereum nodes for fast and reliable blockchain transaction processing
• Multiple nodes and RPC routes providing resilient failover infrastructure
• A significantly expanded presence within the upcoming Minutes Network Explorer, bringing greater visibility to Buy Bot activity
Most importantly, we're engineering this infrastructure to scale alongside Minutes Network as network activity and revenues grow.
We thank the community for your feedback and patience during this process. We remain committed to listening to that feedback and making changes to the Buy Bot where necessary as development progresses.
We’ll continue to keep the community updated as the work moves forward.
More resilient. More transparent. More intelligent. Built for scale.

PacketExchange gives developers direct, transparent access to wholesale voice and SMS routes.
A live telecom marketplace giving you visibility into the price, caller ID type, and capacity of every available route before you send traffic.
Carriers list their routes and set their he routes that meet your requirements.
You see what you’re buying and what you’re paying. No bundles, no contracts, no minimums. Prepaid from $5.
Every route is priced at the carrier-set rate plus one published PacketExchange platform fee.
Pay as you go. No contracts. No minimum spend. Top up from $5.
PacketExchange is now open to developers everywhere.
Here’s what you can build:
Verification by SMS and voice
Create, send, and check verification codes through the Verify API. Deliver voice codes in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Hindi. You pay the route, with no per-verification fee.
Voice and SMS applications
Place calls that speak, play audio, and collect key presses. Send transactional SMS priced by the network the number is on, with delivery status by webhook where the carrier returns receipts.
Agentic voice and SMS
Build AI voice agents over the routes you choose. Connect your AI agents through the hosted MCP server so they can price, send, call, and verify autonomously. x402 enables your agents to top up their own balance.
Caller ID testing
Ring a real handset in the destination country and see exactly what caller ID arrives before you put traffic on a route.
Least-cost routing
Price any number before you send and route each request by cost, quality, or a balance of both.
Start building today.
• npm install packetexchange
• pip install packetexchange
You’ll find examples across eight languages, the OpenAPI specification, and MCP setup on GitHub.
Transparent pricing. Route visibility. Your choice.
Built for developers. Open to every carrier. Powered by @Minutes_Network and @WorldMobileTeam.

WWC Madrid 2026 is wrapped up, and PacketExchange leaves with momentum.
More than 20 live PacketExchange sign-ups.
We could barely keep the printed materials stocked. We handed out everything we brought, printed more, and kept going.
Routes are already being listed on the d SMS interconnections are forming.
Technical meetings are booked. Onboarding meetings are arranged with carriers and telecom businesses of different sizes.
And the conversations in Madrid are already shaping what comes next.
Feedback from the people who buy, sell, and move telecom traffic is feeding directly into the product. Live video demos are going into production, and we captured plenty of footage for the upcoming Minutes Network documentary.
Madrid was the first stop.
Next up: Capacity Europe in London, AfricaCom in Cape Town, and GITEX Global in Dubai.
PacketExchange is live. Now we scale.

Four weeks after launch, the Accelerator keeps moving.
Three corridors are currently live:
🇨🇴 Colombia - 57% filled
🇲🇽 Mexico - 36% filled
🇵🇰 Pakistan - 13% filled
Colombia continues to lead the movement, now sitting at 57%, a 32-percentage-point increase since Week One.
d to 13% and is back among the live Accelerator opportunities.
Jamaica and Albania are currently under negotiation.
One capacity owner put it simply:
“I was pretty amazed at how easy and smooth it was to become a capacity owner with just a few clicks!”
Telecom may be getting faster and more automated, but every call still depends on available route capacity. Accelerator gives you direct access to wholesale capacity on live routes, allowing you to own it and keep the margin created when traffic is carried.
