CD Projekt Red has hired so many Cyberpunk 2077 modders that Cyberpunk 2’s associate game director says around half of the quest team are former modders.
Pawel Sasko says modding can be a “foot-in-the-door technique” and a “gateway into game dev,” giving talented fans real es are built.
“We actually hired so many modders. I would say, at this point, half of the quest team is all former modders.”
Some of the developers working at CD Projekt Red started out making mods as far back as The Witcher 2.

The first time I played through Mass effect 2 was during a hard transitional period of my life, I had just moved across Canada to escape a toxic family situation. I was just a dumb preteen, game had just come out and I was just non-verbal and hated the world. My mom got me this game and I played some of it, didn't understand it alot.
More I played, more I learned and understood it, played the Orginal, learned about all the choices, diverging paths, etc. Mass effect had become my obsession, I got perfect endings, curated my own save from start to finish and finally shelved it.
Mass effect 3 gets announced and it was like I was right back at the first time playing ME2, I was so excited, never been so for a game since.
I played through that game dozens of times, replayed the games prior on the hardest difficulty, got all the achievements on each game, did a full completionist run on Mass effect 3, explored everything 100%, got the perfect ending, obsessed with the Shepard Indoctrination theory, even have a hat with "Wake Up Shepard" on it and I wore it every single day.
Even later in my life as an adult I've played through it more than once.
To say that I just watched my childhood die infront of my very eyes is an understatement. This hurt, seeing the post genuinely broke my heart.
I encourage anyone who sees this to go, buy the Legend edition, play these games, accept the clunk and jank, but play them, experience them.

I have layered 8 piece of scotch tape ontop of the clicker with a microscopic amount of super glue
The axle is too flexible, I don't get a mmb.

I fixed my MMB by taking apart my mouse, then placing a thick, 8 layer piece of small tape overtop of the switch, so that the *REALLY FLEXIBLE* rod coming from the scroll wheel actually presses the button

A new data breach involving Double Counter has exposed information connected to Discord users affecting around 275,000 unique email addresses.
According to Have I Been Pwned, the exposed data includes:
-Email addresses
-Discord usernames
-Names
-Geographic information
-Country aying subscribers
The breach was linked to a vulnerability in Metabase, the analytics platform used by Double Counter.
If you’ve used Double Counter on Discord, check whether your email was affected and stay alert for phishing attempts or suspicious Discord messages.
