I HATED Steven Gerrard the Player.
HATED him.
But the great thing about shows like @WeAreTheOverlap is that you get to see the human side and he’s a decent fella.
Absolutely spot on about Bruno Fernandes.

Wayne Rooney:
"I'd love to walk in that [#mufc's] dressing room and f*****g sit them all down and say, what the f**k are you doing?
What type of performance do you think this is? Do you think you deserve to wear that shirt with how you are walking around the pitch?
Put a ir a**e because they’re not f*****g doing anything." [@UnitedStandMUFC]

🔥 Wayne Rooney TEARS into Manchester United players: “NOT FIT TO WEAR THE SHIRT!”
This is as critical as I’ve ever seen Rooney about his former club. He’s raging, and rightly so. Michael Carrick is a Manchester United legend and a close friend of Rooney’s, so this one clearly an usual.
On Stick to United with @markgoldbridge, he went straight for the players who love the spotlight when things are good but disappear the second it gets tough, like Bruno, Martinez, Rashford and the rest:
“Where’s Rashford now? Things get tough, where’s Rashford? You need to play through the pain barrier. You need to be ready, to give everything for the club, and they’re not doing that.”
He didn’t stop there. After that abysmal performance against Bournemouth, Rooney said he was pleased when the fans stopped clapping Carrick off and turned their fury on the players:
“I was really pleased when they switched from clapping Michael off the pitch, and then they’ve turned on them players. They’re not fit to wear that shirt at the minute. I don’t think they ever will be. The least you can do is work and show that it means something and that you care.”
Rooney said the five-year-olds he coaches understand something these multi-millionaires don’t: You run. You chase. You fight for every ball. This squad can’t even manage the basics!
Rooney finished by expressing frustration that the same players are doing it again to another manager, and will almost certainly get away with it:
“Honestly, watching it’s just so annoying and frustrating and disappointing that these players are gonna get away with it again.”
Ruthless from Rooney. He is speaking for the fans here. They know Carrick hasn’t been good enough, but he’s a club legend who cares deeply about Manchester United and is giving his all.
The players have given up. They don’t even run, and that is unforgivable! The fans will back you no matter what if you give your best, but they will never accept what these players are doing.
Right now these players are a disgrace to the shirt, to the badge, and to everything Manchester United is supposed to stand for.

Drop the so called 'world class players' and bring in youngsters from the youth teams. Build your team around the likes of Lacey, Fletchers, Amass and then include youth squad. They're the only ones with passion for the Club #MUFC
BREAKING: Michael Carrick will remain in charge of Manchester United for the club's trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday 🚨

So we're keeping Carrick until after the Chelsea game... which basically is another chance for the shower of shits that pretend to be players down tools once again, so his coffin is nailed down.
Meanwhile that shower of absolute lazy shits get to do it all over again #mufc

We're paying Mount £250k a week to do a cardio session at Old Trafford!
This guy is a disgrace and the fact he wears the number 7 shirt makes it a top 3 or top 5 worst United signing of all time

He’s been at the club for 3 seasons now whilst earning £1m per month & I’m yet to see Mason Mount have a good game in a Manchester United shirt.
He’s painfully average and disgraces the 7 shirt every time he steps onto the field.

If Carrick goes, who replaces him ? Genuinely? If we sack him, this shit circus just goes round and round. The board are the issue.
However, the players once again, are sitting back allowing another manager to get the sack
#COMMUN
Bruno meant to be our Captain??! Whats he doing?
