Since early 2023, the Russian military has constructed a learning ecosystem to not only adapt to war but institutionalize its combat experience. It remains a flawed organization but it is preparing for the future. My latest ⁦⁦⁦@ForeignAffairs⁩ foreignaffairs.com/russia/how-rus…

Starlink and Starshield speeds have been fully restored.
The most important thing today is that Starlink and Starshield operations have been restored to the speeds we had before the restrictions. The speeds are now where they need to be. The restoration began overnight, and by this morning, speeds were already sufficient. This matters: tics, for defending Ukraine against jet-powered “shaheds.”

I thank all Americans and all our partners who took this seriously and truly helped – members of Congress, senators, all the media, the State Department, and the President. Protecting lives matters.

Russian milblogger Romanov says that the situation on the R-280 "Novorossiya" highway located in Russia-occupied parts of Ukraine has considerably calmed down in the last two days.

"apparently a result of Starlink slowdown," Romanov claims.

Until now, the traffic on this road geted by Ukrainian drones.

Q: Do you tell Elon Musk to bring back Starlink for Ukraine?

TRUMP: I don't want to say. I don't want to comment on it. The bottom line is he put it back
