Mature for his age, Mason loves the process and it shows. Over the past couple months, the focus has become less about the FB comfortability, execution, and ability to throw the breaking ball hard. The command has only progressed with.
In January, Mason was sitting 72-75 with the CB. While it had a good shape and he showed ability to command both ahead and behind in counts, this pitch at 2-5 would likely fail to scale.
March: 75-78 maintaining shape and command 👀📈
August 1st of 2026 is going to be busy for Mason, but that is likely just the start.
