Persona 4 Revival has been censored and will be rated CERO B (12+) in Japan, unlike Persona 4 Golden, which received CERO C (15+).

Atlus director Daisuke Yajima explained that the original Persona 4 was already CERO B, but Golden was raised to CERO C because of a particular e considered somewhat provocative.

For Revival, the devs revisited the story and changed how that event is presented, replacing it with a slightly different one. As a result, the original scene is gone and the game returned to a CERO B rating.
