1. The most unpopular midterm president since Truman is everywhere on the trail: 21 rallies in October, with at least half a dozen more to go. Most presidents this unpopular would stay home. Trump’s team thinks rallies will juice GOP turnout. I think they’re wrong.

In battleground Senate races, almost 13% of Hispanic and 11% of AAPI early voters didn't vote at all. Compare that to 3% of white early voters.
