TOM LEE SAYS STOCKS COULD RALLY STRONGLY AFTER THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS
@fundstrat believes the current market uncertainty is creating a buying opportunity:
- Defensive sectors like healthcare, staples, utilities, and waste services are rallying, signalling investors are nervous
- e reaching key support levels, according to Mark Newton
- The next few weeks of risk-off trading could offer a buying opportunity before a broad and powerful post-midterm rally

$AMZN CEO Andy Jassy says âthere has never been a trillion dollar revenue business and we may have two of them in the next 5-10 years.â
And he's talking about AWS and retail separately which is pretty wild when you consider AI agents could drive both compute spending and how consumers shop.

I wouldnât be surprised if @JensenHuang coordinates directly with investment banks to facilitate better credit for $NBIS and/or Coreweave perhaps even directly backstopping deals to accelerate the buildout. Weâve already seen an harbinger of this kind of capital structure. But if it begins to be implemented at scale it would shatter the bear Ai financing narrative overnightâŠ
I donât think many people really understand how many hyperscalers, and the VC-backed hardware startups theyâre supporting, are now trying to take down NVIDIA.
I think all of this significantly derisks the thesis for neoclouds within NVIDIAâs sphere.
As more hyperscalers develop ware, NVIDIA will increasingly need its own trusted infrastructure partners. And trust seems to be in short supply these days.

$NBIS : Despite the market selloff and concerns related to Ai funding and macro fears, the actual Hyperscaler Ai Earnings Results Are Quite Bullish đ„
The Ai buildout is still in EARLY stages with tech analyst Dan Ives just days ago noting we are in only the third inning of the Ai buildout with about SEVEN more years to goâŠ
And the hyperscaler results validate Danâs view across the board. Microsoft Azure grew 48% year-over-year, Google Cloud more than doubled to $30.7 billion (+103%), and AWS rose 39% to $46 billion, while open-source models on Microsoftâs Foundry platform surged more than 10Ă year-over-year (great signal for Nebius open source Token Factory platform) and all the HS platforms are seeing multi-fold jumps in token volume and adoption.
Amazon CEO Andy Jassy expects AWS growth to exceed 40% in both 2027 and 2028, with CapEx remaining massive across the boardâMeta at $135-145 billion for 2026, Microsoft around $170 billion, Google holding $195-205 billion while signaling a significant increase in 2027, and Amazon at roughly $220 billion all while management repeatedly notes that demand continues to exceed internal supply.
Microsoft attributed part of its quarterly CapEx shortfall to delayed third-party capacity and canât get enough compute fast enough, and Google said it began ramping external compute at the end of Q3. The shortage theme extends further to SpaceX as Elon Musk just highlighted persistent AI compute shortages that he expects to last a long long time, with SpaceX aggressively attempting to scale toward 13 GW of compute by the end of 2027 and wonât have half the compute needed through 2028.
The earnings results and commentary paint a simple picture of the kind of environment where specialized providers like Nebius will continue to thrive by filling the gap and most importantly by maintaining pricing power. Despite the mad panic selloff, the fundamentals of the Ai buildout (validated by HS earnings) tell a different story and the setup seems compelling here especially if macro conditions improve following the November 3rd electionâŠ

$NBIS : Northwise sees the stock now trading at less than 1X their projected end 2027 ARR đ„
Remember $NBIS is trading for less than one time our projected 2027 ARR.
If we are too high by 50%, nebius is still trading less than two times next yearâs exit.
Not many opportunities to intersect that deep of value, elite management, and an insatiable demand environment.

$NBIS : incredibly bullish for Nebius is Microsoft revenue from open-source models growing 10X đ„đ„
Microsoftâs revenue from serving open-source models grew 10x.
Even inside Azure, customers are spending a lot more on open models.
Pretty good backdrop for the bet $NBIS is making with Token Factory.

$NBIS : Infinity Curve on âwhy I loaded up (on Nebius) during this crashâ đ„
Key Commentary:
âąNebius secured $3.5 billion from Citi after a $775 million facility, showing strong access to capital despite sector stress.
âąGartner expects AI-optimized IaaS spending to reach $66 billion in 2027, while sector capital needs remain enormous.
âąAt $170, Nebius trades near 3.8 times 2027 sales, with consensus revenue still around $12.2 billion.
âąThe biggest risk is an AI credit crisis that raises refinancing costs, slows deployments, and increases dilution pressure.

$NBIS : Microsoft and Google Earnings Takeaways that lean Bullish for Nebius đ„
$NBIS
Key take aways from the $MSFT and $GOOGL earnings:
- Google Cloud revenue officially surged 103% YoY to 30.7 billion dollars ! (cloud made up 62% of the overall revenue growth this quarterâŒïž)
- Alphabet cloud operating income tripled to 11.1 billion dollars creating a massive 36% margin !
- Azure revenue growth accelerated to 48% reaching 33.2 billion dollars
- Microsoft operating income grew 21% which outpaces revenue growth and proves that AI investments expand margins

$GOOGL is down ~7% after hours. But look at what Google Cloud just did.
Cloud revenue DOUBLED in one year: $15.2B â $30.7B (+103%).
Cloud operating income more than TRIPLED: $3.6B â $11.1B. That's a 36% margin.
Cloud alone delivered about 62% of Alphabet's entire revenue growth this quarter. Google says TPU system sales were a meaningful contributor.
So why is the stock down?
Total revenue of $127.6B came in slightly below expectations. EPS was dragged down by an $8.7B loss on equity holdings. And capex more than doubled to $51.4B, which pushed free cash flow to -$9.1B.
The headline numbers look messy. The AI business underneath is accelerating faster than almost anything at this scale.
Together with $MSFT tonight (Azure +48%), that's two of the biggest AI spenders showing the spending is turning into real revenue and profit.

$MSFT just answered the biggest question in the market: is AI spending actually paying off?
The answer is YES.
Azure grew 48% to $33.2B. That's an ACCELERATION from 42% last quarter, and well above the ~45% Microsoft guided.
Capex plus finance leases came in at $45.2B, up about 30%. That's BELOW the ~$50.7B analysts expected.
So Azure revenue is growing much faster than the spending behind it.
Operating income grew 21%, faster than revenue (+19%). The AI build-out isn't eating Microsoft's margins, it's widening them.
The stock is up ~5% after hours.
For months the market has priced AI build-out stocks as if this spending would never earn a return. Tonight, the company with the most AI capex on the planet showed that it does.
That matters far beyond $MSFT. It's a read for every company that builds, powers and rents out this capacity, including $NBIS.

Expects its massive AI data center spending to peak in FY27-FY28 before declining in FY29
