President Trump hasn't changed his stance on a controversial ad used by Ohio GOP gubernatorial nominee Vivek Ramaswamy featuring the mother of Democratic opponent Amy Acton, he told CBS News' @weijia on Friday.
Despite reporters bringing up Acton's mother stayed with her charged with raping Acton as a child, Trump continued to defend the ad.
"Her mother went on television and said that the daughter who is running for the governor of Ohio is a liar and a bad person, and that's all I know."

This litigation seeks to ensure that after Alaskans cast their ballots, they are preserved in a manner so that only Alaska's governing officials have the information necessary to make a determination as to whether Alaskan voters were confused or mislead.
The lawsuit was written by Justice Department attorneys and the Department did not coordinate with any campaign or candidate, but rather relied solely on federal law.
