and the fastest way to turn on neuroplasticity is replacing “this is hard” with “what’s the first step?” you literally shift brain activity from your amygdala (fear) to your prefrontal cortex (problem-solving)
the fastest way to shut down neuroplasticity is labeling yourself a failure. you have to be delusional enough to look at your worst attempt and call it data collection.

This isn’t true @tieshatwo

Doctors go through residency which is their first level of experience and it is typically 3-4 years or more depending on the residency. And residency wages are basically minimum wage when you factor in the hours.

Please educate yourself.
@keduafagi Why bc it means the first position on a career path and typically means little to no experience which is true since it’d be their first job but *technically* since they’ve had 10+ yrs of schooling they’re experienced. Yeah that’s a knee slapper.

He got my attention with the crow.

I stopped everything I was doing with the Canada goose.

My jaw hit the floor with the red tail hawk.
I saw it. Now you have to see it. His name is Samuel. And he…is a king.

The game rewards the ones who play it like they’re meant to win not like they’re hoping to survive.

Go win.
I lied. I love the game. I love the hustle. I love being doubted. I love the uncertainty.

I love the feeling of knowing it's just a matter of time.
