Still time to sign, we do not want factory made folic acid in our food, Petition: End the mandatory fortification of white flour with folic acid immediately

We call on the Government to stop the fortification of flour with synthetic folic acid. Folic acid is a medicine not a food. We believe it is unethical to mass medicate the entire population without their knowledge or consent in the hope that a minority group of people might see a benefit.

A giant poppy made from bales, built in a field at Crask Farm just outside Culbokie on the Black Isle in Scotland by farmer Myles Dillon, in tribute to everyone who has served in the armed forces.

Looks lovely x

So the plot of the John Lewis 2026 advert is as follows. Grandmother opens door to her obnoxious, rude and badly behaved grandchildren who proceed to trash her house. Motivated to distract them in some way she searches out a cherished Christmas wooden toy from the attic. But that ttle shits either. So she resorts to buy the entire Christmas stock of her local John Lewis store to bedeck a room in her London W1 townhouse with wonderment costing £ thousands. Only then do the spoilt little brats show any emotional engagement. What message does this put out, eh?

This John Lewis Christmas advert is a SHOCKER and it’s gone down about as well as a cup of cold sick.🤮

Two entitled, spoilt brats ignore their grandmother at the door, then trash the house and jump all over the furniture while their mother just shrugs and says, “Sorry, I think they need something to do”.

Grandma digs some simple toys out of the attic. The ungrateful kids sulk. When they open their Christmas cards, they shake them looking for money and look disappointed when there isn’t any.

They only cheer up when Grandma leads them into a room she’s spent a fortune turning into a full grotto.

Who on earth thought this was a good idea and signed it off?

No surprise it’s one of the worst-reviewed John Lewis ads ever and that the YouTube comments have been switched off.

Dreadful. x.com/Fibutton/statu…

Oh yes, folic acid, palm oil, Bovaer contaminated dairy, additives etc. All read & goes back on shelf. They can keep it. Vote with your feet
Hands up if you are a label reader when out and about shopping fir food. Checking the ingredients, then putting stuff back on the shelves.
I have noticed quite a few people doing just that lately. 🙋‍♀️

Former detective here with some fraud advice to share 👇

If someone calls sounding exactly like your kid, spouse, or parent and says they’re in trouble and need money right now — hang up.
That voice is possibly a clone.

Scammers only need a few seconds of public audio from TikTok, Instagram etc.
They’re using it to drain families accounts right now. The old “does this sound off?” test doesn’t work anymore.

The only rule that works:
1. Hang up immediately
2. Call them back on the number already in your phone
3. Have a family code word that was never posted online

Do this tonight.
Tell your parents.
Tell your kids.
One 60-second conversation stops most of these.

Share this. The next call could be to someone you know. 🙏

Could you please publish the full list of items sold within Waitrose stores that does NOT contain the drug FOLIC ACID.
I like thousands of others with cancer should NOT consume this drug. It’s detrimental to our health & treatment. Children should not consume it either
