Conozco a @ByronUzcateguiA y @CarlosSerranoEc, jueces cuya honestidad e integridad jamás han estado en duda. Ayudaron a reconstruir la fe en el sistema penal, pero hoy @CarlosSerranoEc está en el exilio y @ByronUzcateguiA investigado administrativa y penalmente por hacer lo correcto y actuar en derecho.
El mensaje es claro: terror y persecución para el juez honesto y para quien ejerce, como corresponde, el control jurisdiccional.
