Been a little quiet on here lately. Catching bullpen on Monday with @quinnzweibohmer, tee work Tuesday, catching Quinn and hitting lesson on Wednesday with Coach Karl, IPF practice on Thursday and speed and strength on M,W,F mornings at 6am with Coach Flowers. 🖤💛💪🏻 brakes @IowaPremierFP @PaigeShannonIPF @OliviaPazIPF @KarlGollan @FlourChild_2

Staying consistent behind the dish and focusing on keeping the running game to a minimum. Only two attempts by runners this weekend and got one of them. Two weeks to sharpen some areas up and then back to Missouri for the HFL Fall Championship. #IPFBeTheBest @IowaPremierFP aPazIPF @KarlGollan

We showed up! Fell short of the goal, but we are getting better as a team. Avenging a loss from the last tournament feels good. We went 4-1 at the Easton Elite Showcase this weekend. I focused all week on my hitting and I had a great weekend! #ipfbethebest #webeforeme annonIPF @OliviaPazIPF @KarlGollan @SavvyTourneys @tagupSoftball

Saturday morning workout with my new @tidaltank softball bundle. This workout was all about gaining power in my hitting. Still figuring them out, but I really felt it in my core and these will be a vital piece of my training plan. #allgasnobrakes #onepercentbetter @IowaPremierFP nnonIPF @FlourChild_2 @LineDsoftball @PrepSoftball @ExtraInningSB @KaylaLombardo11 @MerlG_Official @BravesATL2 @MidwestPremierS @RecruitMatador @Mammoth_Recruit @Topsiswear @tagupSoftball

Working hard this week at 6am lifting 🏋🏻with Coach @FlourChild_2. Practice was great this week in Des Moines. My live runner throw downs were 🎯 on Wednesday. Thursday hitting practice was 🔥and got in a lot of live reps.
