This review is very close to my heart, as it concerns #phages named after my hero Hans W. Ackermann, they encode a very cool branched receptor binding complex and the revised taxonomy was used to extent information from few phages to more! Thanks @AndersN92 for working with me!
Happy to see our review about Ackermannviridae phages out in Npj Viruses. @LNdsted and I discuss their taxonomy, host diversity, and recent advances in understanding TSP structures, with the potential for engineered phages in biocontrol.
