I can confidently say this post is misinformation.
The numbers are accurate, but they do not demonstrate what the original post claims, which suggested that Russian datacenters went down subsequently bringing down reddit traffic after the bots went offline.
OP evaluated ~1,000 the 90 subreddits that saw a drop in activity on all three attack days, and posted that data while suggesting that this was the fault of Russian bots going offline.
The thing is, over any given time period it's entirely common for 9% of subreddits to see a 3 day dip in activity.
The subreddits that OP posted were cherrypicked, many of them have clear explanations as to why the dips occurred:
r/de: there was a german political fight the day before
r/irishpolitics: budget week
r/czech: elections occurred
We found no measurable effect on Reddit activity related to the strikes on Russian datacenters.
