Some of the backdoored Ledgers appear to use an entirely different SoC, so they've just emulated the UX. Your protections can't stop that...
I guess the first-boot verification with the website mitigates it, but then the end user is trusting his computer again.😕

@wiimee We have already made the necessary tweaks to improve the battery life. With periodic charging, Keystone's battery can last for a long time.

@KeystoneWallet I wouldn't be able to trust your word on this, I'd need to know the technical details on how the anti tamper system works and then see if I believe it can't be circumvented. In a sense this design prevents hardware inspection by the user which is a drawback.

If just once, then anyone who tampered it could just click "OK LOL whatever" and leave the device. You would pick it up, see it has lost its seed, restore your seed into it -> Hacker captures your seed.

@KeystoneWallet You boys are going "co-co-ri-co" seeing the other hardwallets fail, you better make sure your RNG is working properly too and your software is not compromised. Ledger and Tresor were doing the same when Coldcard failure became public and now look at them.
