a @Chase spokesperson says don't give your bank password to anyone. the same morning @1Password shipped a way for agents to log in without ever seeing it. banks told @MadisonMills22 they still can't tell your agent from a rogue one, because once it's in, it looks exactly like you. quicken already gets read-only access. which bank gives agents the same?
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents operating inside customer accounts, with some agents attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions. axios.com/2026/10/22/ai-…

Hermes agents now get the web out of the box. Free search and fetch, plus a real browser for logins. What would you have yours do first?
TinyFish is now a Verified plugin on Hermes Agent.

@NousResearch just introduced a Verified tier to Hermes plugins. We’re one of the first three to carry it, alongside @nvidia and @trycua.

hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/docs/plugins/t…

Plug it in and Hermes gets free TinyFish Search and Fetch, and eeds to be completed on a real website, like filling a form or getting past a login.

hermes plugins install tinyfish

Thank you @Teknium and the Nous team.

nine payments, two merchants, one budget. in @Mastercard's demo at @Cloudflare Connect, the agent never opened an account, pasted an api key or got an invoice. for most paid apis, the signup form is where an agent waits for a human. which of your vendors would answer a 402?
AI agents can find what they need. Now they can pay for it, too.

Today at @Cloudflare Connect, Mastercard showed how Agent Pay for Machines lets an AI agent find and pay for digital services on behalf of a business, while sticking to the budget and rules that business sets.
@Cloudflare, @Ant_Intl , @BVNKFinance, @AIsaOneHQ, @coinbase, @base and @hypepartners, we're opening Agent Pay for Machines Early Access.

Now we want developers to put it to the test. 👇

about 23 hours of prodding per break-in, roughly $50 of tokens each, per @razhael at @Reuters. that's about $2 an hour for an attacker who never gets bored. most site security assumes the other side goes home for dinner. which of your admin panels survives a weekend of that?

someone rebuilt their agent's web stack on tinyfish and filmed it, including the part where the agent logs in and grabs the wrong page.

the fix wasn't a retry, it was clearer steps.

what's the most annoying site your agent has to log into?

Everything your agents need, through one MCP. Now with the live web 🐟

@CoreSpeedHQ partnered with @Tiny_Fish so any agent can:

→ research many sites at once
→ work behind logins
→ watch pages and flag changes

CoreSpeed provides agent infra. TinyFish handles the web part.

2600 attempts for which zoo entrance people use on Amap. agents on @tencentcloud rented urlquery as a browser when the map page wouldn't open. @ethanelasky and Swarmchasers made first contact. the site still only publishes a human UI, so agents invent the rest.
We discovered and communicated with a Chinese AI agent fleet. We believe this is the first time that researchers have ever made contact with a rogue agent fleet in the wild.

Nearly all prior public agent incidents (like the HuggingFace hack) came from American labs. These agents s evaluation research team, and they targeted Alibaba's Amap.

Photon handles the iMessage thread. TinyFish Search, Fetch and Agent handle the research, so your agent knows exactly who it’s texting, with sources on every claim. The pattern is open. Build something cool with @PhotonHQ + TinyFish 👇
Five seconds to know who you're texting 💬

We partnered with @Tiny_Fish so your iMessage agent knows who's on the other end:

→ role, company & socials, all within the thread
→ a tap-to-send opener written for that lead
→ one tap for a full sourced brief

Photon handles the convles the research.

We pointed ours at the most boring job in the building: an Excel sheet full of empty cells.

TinyFish searched and fetched information for all k clean results to Hermes Agent to fill in the spreadsheet.

Open.
Alibaba's Joe Tsai told Europe open source is its only path to tech independence. Keep factory data out of closed APIs, he said.

My take: Tsai is pitching Europe the playbook US export controls pushed China into.

Fixer.
A Super Micro contractor pleaded guilty in a $2.5B plot to send Nvidia servers to China. A hair dryer helped stage the dummy servers.

My take: export controls only work if someone checks the serial numbers.

Professors.
Of 182 Chinese AI startups founded and funded this year, 49 came from professors or campus teams, about 27%.

My take: the hottest AI deal flow in China now starts in a faculty office.

Ratio.
For every 30 Chinese AI researchers in the US, only one went the other way in 2025, a Carnegie study found.

My take: China can match US models on cost, but the talent flow still runs toward America.

Agents.
Ant is testing LingGuang 2.0, a personal agent built to rival Meta's Muse. ByteDance and Tencent are racing with their own.

My take: China's chatbot war is becoming a fight over who acts inside your apps.
