This is wha it’s all about being a coach!
#Patriots HC Mike Vrabel was at Arizona State’s Pro Day today, checking out 6’6”, 321-pound OL Max Iheanachor.
No other HC does it like this.

This backs everything o believe in as far as playing multiple sports! 💪
A sports specialization study at UCLA found that 88% of NCAA Division I athletes played an average of two to three sports growing up.
I spoke with a Sioux Falls athlete and trainer who have seen the direct impacts of the multi-sport experience.

Gregg Popovich said, “It’s your job to make me play you.”
Playing time is earned.
A victim mindset says…I didn’t play because coach doesn’t like me.
A winning mindset says…I didn’t play because I haven’t earned it yet.
Don’t be a victim.
