Now online @SciImmunology! We show that IL-23 from CD301b+ DCs sustains the skin TRM17 reservoir to promote antifungal immunity and psoriasiform inflammation, and response to IL-23 inhibition correlates with TRM17 depletion from #psoriasis skin. @KaplanLab
