Culture BEATS Strategy. God didn’t just give me a dream for my career He gave me a clear vision. I fully intend to fulfill that vision and become a head coach at the collegiate level, developing leaders on and off the field.

It’s not hard for guys that have been around this and have done this especially at his position to lead….
Philip Rivers has never coached anything more than high school football.
But he’s at the center of the job opening at NC State.
Could he be the answer?
“He’s got a track record of raising money.”

Love his scheme and you can tell his players are prepared even when he was at BYU! Can’t wait to pick his brain
Quick notes from Michigan DC Jay Hill's presser today:
▪️On his coaching aspirations: He does want to become a head coach at this level, but his focus right now is on this defense.
▪️On what this team needs to do to improve: Win the turnover battle. He said the defense has to e takeaways. If the offense turns it over twice, the defense needs to force three. If the offense scores seven points, the defense needs to hold the opponent to six. He also emphasized the importance of field position, saying good defenses put their offenses in position to succeed.
▪️On the offensive struggles: Keep fighting, clawing, digging and researching. Keep looking for ways to get better.
▪️On DB Chris Bracy: He’s been a playmaker since he stepped on campus. Called him a phenomenal player.
▪️On the secondary: He praised the group’s speed, quickness, length and ball skills. Said they’ve been humble enough to embrace their roles and play together, and they’re performing at a really high level.
▪️On whether the defense is doing everything it can: He’s proud of his players and the level they’re playing at, but said there’s always more they can do, especially after a loss.
▪️On Tariq Boney: He’s one of the first players in the building and consistently puts in the work. Said they recognized his potential for greatness early on.

This is what coach Joesph did for me!
Michigan safety Mason Curtis on defensive coordinator Jay Hill:
"To be honest, he helps us learn the game. It's not just about defense; it's about football. He takes us into the offensive coordinators' minds, tells us why they're running this, what they're looking at, who they're trying to put in conflict. He's just a smart coach."

Lmao talking bout Alabama made a mistake 😂😂😂
You cant blame the refs on why Bama loss. When the level of physicality that was displayed by this defense could not be matched or maintained by Bama! Physically beat into submission
