I’ve been thinking about the future of the creative industry.
Everyone wants experienced creatives.
But where does a junior get the experience to eventually become senior?
I’ve seen too many young creatives stuck between learning and actually working.
So I’m building something with MDX @md_xperience :
OPEN TO WORK. OTW!
Real briefs. Real teams. Real deadlines. Real creative direction.
Not another course. Not fantasy projects.
A space where the industry can help create the people it will eventually need.
And I don’t want to build this behind closed doors anymore.
I want brands, studios, production houses, hubs, creative directors and companies to build it with us.
The industry shouldn’t just look for the next generation. We should help create them.
