One thing I learned over many months' non-stop sprints and many 100+ hour work week is that human brains are biologically designed to cope with pain/stress but also happiness/pleasure.
When you're pushing continuously for an extended period of time, you can be numb to stress and l contract to limit the amount of stress/pain in brain. when you're having so much euphoria when the market/product goes your way, your happiness/dopamine is also limited to the amount your brain can biologically tolerate.
ofc building and coding is lots of fun but pushing nonstop teaches you sth about the human brain

Each crypto-native VC firm needs to have some onchain trading terminals within their portfolio just like how VC firms maintain the ownership of CEXs. Because you cannot lose on not riding on the beta of onchain hyperfinancialization.

Correlation doesn’t mean causation but with self-fulfilling prophecy and non-linear perturbation for the butterfly effect, correlation does mean causation.
I thought the success of @pumpdotfun @daosdotfun @moonshot @believeapp is because @QwQiao and @lmrankhan are sharp at picking the ideas and companies but I learned it’s actually not that. Instead they pick the right team and pave the road of success for you and with you.
Our company just literally onboarded the 3rd cofounders cuz of Alliance.
DM for referral for exceptional teams.

It’s increasingly hard to build long-term and defensible companies/businesses nowadays as all product categories are racing to 0.
For AI infra, all products will eventually maintain margin to be infinitely close to 0. Foundation models will eventually be infinitely close to the theoretical limit of trained data. Used to have Google in my iPhone bottom bar, then switched to Perplexity in 2023, and now just switched to X for Grok 3.
I think VCs and founders are suffering hard in this era together but very very bullish on the industry as a whole. Capitalism and free market are always undervalued.

I love bear market much more than the bull market. The peace to stay focused and just keep building noise free.
One learning for me and long-term builders is to focus on the input instead of the output. Crypto is a very cyclical market they grow in spiral instead of a hockey So don’t zoom in and care too much about the immediate metrics. Zoom out and think about how to improve for the inputs. The non-linear machine will amplify your initial perturbations. Butterfly effect.

what i learned from building a trading product is that users love low-dimensional data (bundling, token supply concentration, whales signals, smart/dumb/bot money signals) instead of high-dimension data (bubblemaps, raw transaction history etc).
basically it's the platform's job nsion data into low-dimension data.
reduce the cognitive workload via approximation algos for our users.
have been cooking on this for 2 weeks now. very bullish

Life is like rolling the dice—you keep throwing until you land a six. Success doesn’t require perfection; it just takes one big win, like hitting a single home run to change the game. For a company, it’s no different—one breakthrough product can launch you to new heights.
To ace rapid learning through daily reflection. But when building a great company, don’t drown in too much feedback. Averaging out opinions blunts your unique edge—trust your vision to stand out.

New headshot.
Putting a real face forward in a space where noise often drowns out quality.
Sincerity + Dedication + Novelty >>> Hype + Bluff
Also suggestion for haircut is always welcome :)

TradFi is just a memecoin with suit in disguise.
Memecoin is just a more sleek and genuine TraFi.

Monopoly vs oligopoly in different industry vertices are bizarrely different.
For search products, there are Google/Bing/Yahoo/Perplexity etc. For crypto exchange biz, we have Binance/bybit/OKX etc.
But for onchain analytics products like bubblemaps, there aren’t that many competitors. Very interesting to think about and clearly there are lots of underserved users in this space.

Have been digging into stablecoin products, companies, reports, and chatting about the startup opportunities in stablecoins. Circle / USDC started in Oct 2013, taking 11 years to grow USDC to $61B MC.
otoh we're technically at year 2 of onchain finance since pump.fun. it's beyond my wildest imagination where onchain and hyperfinancialization will be in 10 years, in the equivalent time span as Circle / USDC's journey.

Trump slaps a 54% tariff on Chinese imports, calling it 'Liberation Day.'
Meanwhile, Americans brace for 'Inflation Day' as their $5 T-shirts become $50 collectibles. Who knew patriotism came with a price tag...
