Yes. In New Jersey, simple assault on a law enforcement officer is elevated to aggravated assault (a felony). Blasting a megaphone into an ICE agent's face at close range qualifies as physical menace or potential bodily injury (hearing damage). Federally it is also a felony under 18 USC 111 for assaulting federal officers.
