New work for Helicon
For too long the most advanced materials in the world have been left to the exquisite. Helicon is industrializing composites, enabling the systems of the future to be built at mass scale.
It's been a pleasure helping bring the brand to life across strategy, new website.
The primary mark draws inspiration from tensor products, a mathematical operation in which two elements combine to form a third, higher-order structure. Tensor mathematics are fundamental to composite engineering, describing how materials respond to stress and strain across multiple directions.
The rest of the system pairs restraint with moments of discovery. A monochrome foundation lets the work feel clear and precise, using negative space and minimal layouts to drive visual focus and attention.

We raised a $16.5M seed round led by @alley_corp (@abemurray /@JonesBrannon) with participation from @joshbuckley, @chalfs, @gokulr and other top investors.
We’re ramping production at our factory in Los Angeles to s of unmanned systems that need to be built domestically.
