No todos los pacientes con cáncer medular de tiroides tienen el mismo pronóstico. El sistema actual tiene limitaciones para identificar esas diferencias.
Este trabajo propone una clasificación más precisa que permite predecir mejor la evolución de la enfermedad, diferenciar grupos de riesgo y contribuir a un seguimiento y manejo clínico más individualizados.

Un avance relevante hacia una medicina más precisa y personalizada para nuestros pacientes.

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains one of the deadliest malignancies.

HRS-4642 is a KRAS G12D inhibitor from Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals in China. Phase 2, two-arm trial with GnP (D1/8, q3w) and +/- anti-PD-1, for R/BR PDAC, perioperatively. ORR was 63%, and 87% w/PD-1, presented at #EMSO26 today. No interruption to surgery. 6-mo EFS 87%.🚀
