OBAMA: He pulled out of the JCPOA, starts this war—Seven months later, six months after they declared victory, how's that war going?

Our allies and our bases have been attacked. Americans have been killed. Hundreds of Americans have been wounded. We have run down our stock of has veto power over the strait of hormuz, where oil goes through to the world market.

This is the reason why the price of oil is up. Nobody disputes that. This is the reason the price of diesel is up. This is the reason why the price of just about everything is up.

Meanwhile, you got the defense secretary who's squarely focused on important matters: the jawlines and testosterone levels of our troops.

These are not serious people. And the problem is you end up having to pay the price for their lack of seriousness.

It's possible that in the span of one week, Bolsonaro loses in Brazil, Netanyahu loses in Israel, and Republicans lose the house and senate.

Here's hoping fascism loses everywhere.

Today, I turned $500 into $10K from $IRYS! I bought this token a few months ago and kept holding!

Remember, I said I did hard research on thousands of tokens and found 30 tokens that have the potential for crazy pumps and dumps! $IRYS was one of them!

I just aped $500 into each hold for years!

So when I get some free time, I’ll do my research again and find some great tokens for pump& dump! NFA DYOR!

Honoured to be featured in the @WSJ Innovators Issue. I’ve always believed in the power of human ingenuity to solve our hardest problems. I’m confident we can collectively navigate the potential challenges of frontier models and usher in a new golden age of scientific discovery!

For some people, coding was the only valuable skill they had.

If you made your money by selling your ability to write JavaScript, CSS, Python, or whatever else, I understand why you are pissed now.

"Writing code" is worth very little today.

The sad part is that learning to code wasn't easy. It takes years for someone to become a skilled programmer.

Imagine watching all of those years go down the drain.

If you are a programmer (I mean, just someone who knows how to write code in a particular programming language), your days are numbered.

If you still think AI can't do your job, you are just in denial.

But honestly, writing code was never that valuable anyway. If you were a code pusher, you already knew that the best people at your company weren't just writing code.

They came up with new ideas, designed solutions, architected whole systems, knew how to troubleshoot and fix problems, found different ways to build better software, and, in general, spent almost no time writing code.

Not only are those people thriving today, but they're also the ones who will ride the AI wave and learn to bend it to their will.

So don't cling too long to what you lost; embrace what's already here. AI is a tide that lifts all boats, but you have to be open to it.

The “Math Mafia” is indeed thriving.

I remember reading the Colossus piece where Walden Yan, who co-founded Cognition with IOI gold medalist Scott Wu, said,

“The difference between me and Scott is the difference between me and the people who didn’t even qualify for the competition.”

We get it, Walden. We get it.

Many beloved study techniques are FAKE:

- Re-reading the textbook
- Highlighting your notes
- Re-copying your notes

They don’t build retention.

Here’s what actually works:

If you want to retain information, then you must train your brain to generate the information itself.

You have to reproduce it. Not just re-consume it.

Sure, everybody knows:

Use it or lose it.
Train it to retain it.
Retrieve it to keep it.

Except, few people actually study that way.

You have to solve problems.

And you have to solve them without looking at your notes or following an example.

If you don’t retrieve it, you don’t keep it.

Just before POTUS exited the Iran Nuclear Deal in 2018, Mr. Macron insisted before the U.S. Congress that "France won't leave the JCPOA, because we signed it."

Today, he claims he always opposed "any form of nuclear activity" in Iran.

Get your story straight, Mr. President.

The US is fucked... The Iran war was a big mistake.

The Iran war is about to break the UST market, which will in turn break Western sovereign debt markets.

No amount of bombing can change that...

Iran has spent decades preparing for this by building its military infrastructure deep inside mountains.

But if Trump launches another bombing campaign, it will only accelerate the UST meltdown and deplete US ammunition stockpiles...

And since the entire US military-industrial complex is heavily dependent on China, an ally of Iran, China's export restrictions on dual-use goods are only weakening America's ability to sustain a prolonged war.

Boots on the ground would be a suicide mission, as Iran's topography resembles a fortress, with narrow passages through mountains.

You can't simply roll into Iran with tanks... You would have to advance on foot.

The least painful solution would be to accept Iranian terms, but as the saying goes, the US will do the right thing after trying everything else.

Not only will Trump fail to accomplish any of his stated goals... After the war, Iran will emerge as the regional superpower.

And the US military will lose its position as the most powerful military in the world, ushering in multipolarity.
