I’m going to pour some cold water on this upcoming Glenville-University School verdict. The OHSAA already filed a motion to have this case heard in Columbus. If Glenville wins today, I don’t think this is over. I’ve seen too many cases go back and forth to believe this is it.

Update: I just spoke with the court. There is still no ruling that has been handed down.

I am seeing reports out there that a ruling has been handed down. I just spoke with one of the attorneys and they have not been given that word yet.

I guess I should have added this - we have left the courtroom. We will be notified of the decision later today and we will not be back in court. Once I have the decision, I will have a story filed
