I don't think that Islam is compatible with British culture or Western culture more widely.
I don't want it in Britain at all, in any form. I've seen well enough. Too much in fact. Far too much.
Why exactly should we tolerate something that is demonstrably harmful when it will simply continue to be so?
What is the eventual reward for tolerance? More of the same. Much more.
Yes, I'm singling out Islam. Yes, I'm discriminating. Yes, this is deeply considered and based on reasoning and evidence.
No, I do not feel the same way about Sikhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Taosim, Buddhism, etc.
This is about the ideology. Islam is manifestly different and it's about time we started treating it accordingly.

In other words, more of exactly what’s caused our problems. More of the globalist liberal elite ideology. More neoliberalism.
Globalising the movement of capital, trade and people.
Free movement of capital has resulted in foreign ownership of the majority of UK equities (stocks and shares), brands, infrastructure, etc.
Free movement for trade dismantled our industrial base and made us reliant on foreign states for critical resources.
Free movement of people increased job competition and made housing unaffordable. It’s also caused huge cultural problems.
And yet, these idiots in government are so indoctrinated into this establishment ideology that they are blind to its effects.
So they call for more of the same.
This is the exact system that has failed and must be replaced.
This is why I actually respect the far left more than the idiots in the Lib Dem’s who are neither liberal nor democratic.
At least the far left is observing the mechanisms more accurately. They are exactly wrong about the solutions but at least they perceive the issues.

Lib Dem Deputy Leader Daisy Cooper says re-joining EU free movement, along with free movement of things like “capital and trade” would boost the economy

For anyone looking to improve their home's energy efficiency and survive our ridiculous energy prices long term, as someone that has installed a heat pump, new windows, new doors and a heat recovery ventilation system, I have some advice.
1) A heat pump will not lower your energy bills. In fact, it's more likely to raise them
2) The absolute best use of your money is heat recovery ventilation (MVHR) and I cannot recommend it strongly enough, even if bills are not a concern
3) Cheap loft insulation is a cost effective place to focus
4) If you already have double glazed windows, your focus should be on airtightness and not on new units with a slightly higher U value. Use cheap gaskets (amazon) where needed to ensure airtightness. Airtightness can only be done alongside a proper ventilation system.
Without a ventilation system, window trickle vents must be used. The reason we see people complaining about condensation and mold is a lack of ventilation. They close their trickle vents.
Window trickle vents are an opening that lets heat directly out, making any other home insulation all but worthless.
I configured, bought, installed and commissioned my own whole house ventilation system for a large 4 bedroom detached house for less than £2,500. A lot of money, yes, but very much worthwhile.
It works by recovering 90%+ of the heat leaving the house and transferring it to a constant incoming filtered fresh air supply. No need for trickle vents at all. Airtightness + heat recovery ventilation is critical.
The wider benefits are dramatic. 24/7 fresh air indoors. No lingering odors. Clothes can dry on racks indoors and humidity is extracted. Traffic pollution is filtered out using inbuilt filters. Issues related to mold, VOCs, Pollen, CO2 build up, etc are all completely eliminated.
Until you have experienced a properly ventilated house long term, it's difficult to convey how much of an improvement it is. (This is not an ad.....)
It is the life improvement hack that no one seems to be aware of. Oh and if you get AC, in the summer it distributes the cold air around the house whilst retaining the cold just as it does for heat in the winter.
If the government is intent on funding anything, this should be their focus but of course, they are not really trying to lower your bills or improve your standard of living and general health, they are just trying to get away from using fossil fuels in our national energy mix.

France has descended into pure, left wing fueled chaos but I think people are largely taking the wrong lessons from it.
I want to use the ridiculous dancing, yellow gloved young Gen Z teenager as a lens through which to explain this.
He is a mirror for European culture. He e of the globalist, liberal elite worldview. He is the end result of decades of naive and idiotic ideology and cultural errosion being implemented.
It's easy to dump on him for his grotesque antics whilst his country burns and descends into disorder, often at the hands of 1st and 2nd generation migrants.
It's easy to say he should be fighting for the culture that so many before him have suffered to build. I get it.
But let's consider the world that young man exists within.
Since the 2nd World War, a shift occurred which coincided with the post WW2 'boomer' generation. Instead of subsequent generations being prioritized and doing better than their parents, the opposite began to occur.
This is an historic shift that had never happened before.
The youth were effectively abandoned and told that they have no more right to inherit the historic culture and benefits built by their ancestors than anyone else around the world.
Globalization meant the liberalization of capital, trade and migration flows around the world.
This then benefited asset holders as asset prices increased. Who are the asset holders? The older generations and in particular, the elite.
Mass migration increased house prices making them unaffordable for the youth. It also increased demand for jobs, suppressing wages, increasing job competition and decreasing job security.
The youth now have to compete with migrants from all around the world and they exist in communities alongside them in schools and universities.
They have little chance of buying a house, having a stable family, retiring comfortably or even holding down a job.
What exactly is it we expect them to be invested in? Working minimum wage jobs with no job security whilst being hammered by inflation and housing costs whilst funding unaffordable pensions for a generation that soaked up all the wealth whilst kicking out the ladder from underneath them?
Is it any wonder that they are rejecting the system in its entirety?
It's time to face up to some hard home truths and seriously engage with the youth to pull them out of far left ideologies that will only make things worse.
We need to give them something to latch on to. Something to feel a sense of belonging to. A strong, patriotic culture that prioritizes them above anyone and anything.
I think they have been abandoned to the wolves by the most selfish and conceited generations of people to ever have existed. Any culture that abandons its youth is doomed.
Instead of dumping on them, we should face the fact that what they are doing is the end result of an ideology that was designed and implemented by older generations, for their own benefit.
Yes, it's grotesque but that's simply our cultural failure being reflected back at us. It is a child acting out.

Almost the entirety of the British Highstreet is now made up of 3 types of businesses:
1) Private Equity owned companies (Pizza Express, Burger King, Cafe Rouge, The Body Shop, Wagamamas, Zizzi, New Look, Bella Italia, Boots, WH Smith, etc)
2) Foreign owned businesses acting as fronts for skilled visa migrant scams and/or money laundering enterprises (Hairdressers, Kebab Shops, Vape Shops, etc)
3) Charity Shops. Largely in existence to sell off items left when people die.
It's difficult to imagine anything more dystopian than this.

Almost every announced government position feels disorientating in its profoundly harmful stupidity.
In almost every area and in every way, the positions are so clearly destructive. It's disheartening to witness continuously when our existing trajectory is already catastrophic.
So what's going on? Can our politicians really all be that blind, ill informed and stupid?
No. Sure, they are largely unimpressive mid wits but that doesn't explain the degree to which they get everything so incredibly and reliably wrong.
The real issue is one of misaligned intentions and incentives.
Collectively, the State is serving their own purposes and that is the root of the schism between Citizens and the establishment.
The State, which can be described as a sprawling network of MPs, the civil service, the Public sector, NGOs, Quangos, Charities, the BBC, the Judiciary, etc, are primarily interested in their continued survival and proliferation.
Growth and protection of the State. That's their priority. Not the people. Not improved living conditions. The priority is increasing state control and power.
MPs are just the current visible figureheads that sit atop the same continuous self serving state establishment.
A few brief examples:
- Mass migration creates state dependent voters
- Unsustainable Welfare does the same
- ID checks for social media generates state power and control
- Endlessly proliferating regulations do the same
Whether or not any of this is good for the Citizens is irrelevant.
When any policy position is released; instead of assuming that the government is working to better your life, ask how it benefits the state.
At least then there's a certain coherence to the unfolding insanity we're witnessing.
To solve this; implement private sector style objective performance practices that roll up into manifesto commitments and then roll them down through every government and public sector department, linked to pay.
Manage out underperformers. This would force alignment between voters' wishes and what the state establishment delivers.

@BBCPoliticsdiot operating within a fantasy that only exists in his mind. Like a child.
His world view is inaccurate and does not account for human nature and behavior. He is essentially imagining a world that is full of other Zack Polanskis.
In that world, sure, maybe there would be no need for borders and all the billions of lovely Zacks would get along swimmingly. But that's not the how the world actually exists.
The more that his fantasy belief gets implemented, the worse things will get because it's not an accurate model.
As the obviously harmful results appear, they will be denied because admitting them would mean destroying the fantasy and that's mean and nasty because the fantasy is so incredibly nice and it gives Zack a comfortable and warm feeling in his tummy.
Much like children, these fantasists need to be kept out of power for their own good.
So much of the political debate is realists who face up to how reality actually exists arguing against fantasists who think that anything other than their imagined utopia is mean and nasty.
It's fantasy vs reality.

What a smart young man.
He’s gonna go very far in life.
He’s just saying what everybody else is thinking. 👏👏👏
Immigrants who won’t assimilate are pushing out the English in our own communities.

I stand in solidarity with French patriots who must be feeling physically sick witnessing what is happening to their once great nation.
I'd even fight alongside them to protect the wider great European culture against invaders and left wing retards.

Foreign aid of any kind should only ever be considered within a balanced government budget. It's charity.
You don't take on debt with interest to pay charity. Idiots.

Generally, voters simply do not understand it.

Of course, it's not in their interest for the voting public to understand these things.
Until there is a general understanding, we'll be doomed to suffer the consequences of people voting for things that are counter to their interests.

Right Bridget, because it's the right thing to do to let in anyone and everyone that turns up at our borders and then force citizens to pay for them for life, right?
We absolutely must allow the limitless and complete infiltration of our nation by all means because it's mean and nasty to apply force.
You need to stop your pearl clutching and grow up. The real world is not all care bears, rainbows and unicorns as it exists in your imagination. You should have grown out of this decades ago but it's been maintained by 'working' in charities (your mother's charity) and then local government, etc.
Much of the real world is barbaric. We must protect our culture and our country from the barbarism. Not invite it in. It will overwhelm our fragile high trust culture that was developed through thousands of years of struggle and suffering. In fact, that's already very much underway.
Obviously, nations must protect their borders with whatever force is necessary to do so. That is the primary responsibility of government.
It safeguards the fairness and rules based order upon which the nation and the system depends. Something you never realized in your haze of champagne socialism, luxury beliefs, moralizing and virtue signaling.
When you dismantle order in the name of apparent kindness, you break the social contract which put you in the position you're currently in. That's not kind.
So yes, we should apply whatever force is necessary to defend our borders, obviously. That is the morally correct thing to do.
Every generation understood this right up until things got so good here that it became possible for large volumes of fantasists to live in a make believe world in their minds without ever having to confront harsh truths and the actions necessary for such luxury conditions to be maintained.
Those luxury belief fantasists are now in charge and are attempting to implement their make believe utopia. But because their mental model of human behavior and the world in general is so detached from actual practical reality, it's resulting in a dystopia.

Proposing our armed forces open fire against unarmed civilians is disgusting.
It is all an attempt to go deeper into the gutter than the Tories and distract from the sleaze Reform is drowning in.
The British people will see through it and reject this toxic politics of division.

Yes. All asylum seekers should be turned away. It is the correct thing to do morally.
Only mid wits who have not properly considered the situation and/or are oblivious to the demographic and cultural ramifications of our current trajectory do not understand this.
Let me explain.
A very large proportion of the world is a dump with horrific living conditions and barbaric cultural practices. Much of this would qualify for refugee status in Britain. Billions of people.
That opens us up to a vast quantity of people that may or may not be genuinely in need. Qualifying is a subjective process after all.
We already know the net fiscal burden that these people place on our economy. Further, we know the disastrous cultural impact.
This is how ill considered 'nice' ideas actually cause a very great deal of harm.
Britain has done more for the world than any other nation per capita. The agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution, enlightenment values, etc.
This led to the invention of antibiotics, antiseptic, vaccines, electricity, etc, etc, etc. The entire modern world. It raised more people out of poverty than any other system in human history.
In order to deliver these incredible benefits for the world, we must thrive. British culture, British people, British ingenuity must thrive.
But we're not thriving. Instead a sizable number of idiots have become convinced that the greatest virtue is prioritizing anything and everyone that is not British.
Surface dwelling, 100 IQ virtue signalers like Matthew who have not properly considered and are likely unaware of the true impact of the asylum and migration systems are to blame for a great deal of harm. Not only to British people but people all around the world.
Much of which is impossible to accurately quantify as it manifests as lost opportunity.
We help the world through innovation just as we have done throughout history. What we're doing now is hammering away the foundations that underpin the machine that has given rise to such innovation in the past.

Andy Burnham is a simple man in a complex world.
He has no philosophical systems theory for the complex world. He's simple. That's comfortable and comforting.
This is why he's liked. It allows people to avoid confronting harsh and complex truths for which there are no simple solutions.
So he focusses on simple ideas because confronting the depth and complexity of the world is uncomfortable.
Simple is nice. Simple feels good.
£2 bus fares. Drinking cups of tea. Limiting cost of school uniforms.
Simple solutions to simple problems.
All whilst we face multiple concurrent existential problems and the failure of a system that's been in place since the end of WW2.
It is a good thing to find seemingly simple solutions to complex problems. That requires true intelligence and a deep understanding of the world and reality.
We see this within philosophers throughout history. Boiling down complex realities into deeply meaningful truths.
That's not what people like Andy Burnham are doing.
They lack the capacity to wrangle with complexity and so, they just play make believe that none of it exists.
It feels good because it denies complexity. It feels safe.
This is the exact opposite of what we truly need in political leadership.
We need deeply considered and brutally competent philosopher kings.
