The NFT that held our claim on trading fees was burned. Those fees were planned to put into liquidity for the perp pool. On this contract that is no longer possible, and we have no way to restore it.
We are not going to dress this up.
We took a snapshot of holders at 16:00 CET on October 31. Our intention is to honour it on a new contract.
The product is real and still running. The index has been writing to Solana mainnet since August and anyone can read it without us. Perps are live on mainnet. None of that changes what happened to the token.

We’ve already started fixing UX issues around the Pool on desktop and improving how positions are managed and understood.
We’re also testing edge cases around limit orders and existing positions, while multiple-position support is now something we’re considering for future updates.
Feedback keeps coming in, we keep shipping.
We want Inferra Perps to feel familiar from the first trade – just with GPU compute as the market you’re trading.

Not from a number we set ourselves.
Perps use the same public benchmark as Inferra Index. GPU rental prices are collected from multiple platforms, filtered and aggregated, then verified through Chainlink and published perp market syncs to that same feed.
So the price you trade against is the same price anyone can inspect and verify independently.
That’s the point of building the Index first.
