⚖️The Truth, Justice & Equity Forum has published its first monitoring report on #Syria’s transitional justice process (May-July).

The report documents institutional developments, discussions around #TJ law, early judicial proceedings & engagement by #victims + civil society. 🧵

At the same time, it identifies key issues requiring continued attention:

☑️Inclusive definition of victims
☑️Meaningful participation by victims, families & #CivilSociety
☑️Clarification of the fate of the #missing
☑️Fair-trial guarantees
☑️ Clearer institutional coordination

Among the recommendations, it calls for a clear #TransitionalJustice roadmap, a transparent participation policy, & stronger public communication.
